Mind Calm is taught as a 5-week 1:1 programme with Laura, designed to fit into your real life — even if you’ve “never been good at meditation” before.

Each week includes:

A guided personal session (either in-person or online)

Practice tools and tailored reflections

Support integrating the technique into your daily rhythm

Optional biofeedback scan to track nervous system response

You’ll finish with a skill you can use for life — one that helps regulate your internal world no matter what’s going on around you.

Biofeedback Scans

Scans included in the Meditation Programme

  • Mind Calm doesn’t rely on breath control or trying to stop thoughts. Instead, you’ll learn how to let thoughts be present without reacting to them, which is far more sustainable and nervous-system-friendly for most people.

  • Not at all. This is an accessible, adaptable practice that works whether you’re on a cushion, in a chair, or walking in nature. Comfort comes first.

  • That’s totally normal, in fact just a stress response from the nervous system - and exactly why this method works. Mind Calm doesn’t require you to stop thinking or sit perfectly still. Instead, it teaches you how to observe thoughts without reacting to them, which naturally brings more calm over time.

  • Within the Meditation Programme we focus on the following scans to improve your ability to meditate.

    Feedback on your brain is particularly helpful if you are having difficulties quietening your mind. If you are in Beta brainwave it will be particularly difficult for you to meditate. As beta is high brain energy, great for a presentation, but not meditating or going to sleep at night.
