Biofeedback’s 3-Step Process

 

1. The Scan

Identifies stress patterns across the body — physically, emotionally and neurologically.

We see where systems are under strain and where energy may be depleted.

2. Frequency Feedback

Once patterns are identified, frequency feedback supports the nervous system to release stress patterns and begin rebalancing.

3. The Shift Back to Wellness

As the system responds, we monitor the shift through measurable feedback — tracking percentage changes as stress patterns begin to regulate.

In turn you can then expect:

    Your initial Biofeedback Scan helps determine whether this approach is appropriate for you and what the next steps should be.

  • Most people experience the sessions as calm and restorative. Some notice feeling lighter, clearer or more relaxed afterwards, while others simply feel more balanced over the following days.

    Because Biofeedback supports the nervous system’s natural regulation, changes can be subtle at first and often build gradually over sessions.

  • The scan assesses how the body is responding to stress across different systems — including neurological, digestive, hormonal and emotional patterns.

    It helps identify where the body may be under strain, overcompensating or depleted, giving insight into why symptoms may be present.

  • No. The frequencies used are therapeutic and regulatory, not the same as environmental EMF exposure. The system works with the body’s electromagnetic field to support natural self-regulation. Biofeedback is non-invasive and safe for all ages.

    The technology was originally developed in the 1980s and has advanced significantly since then. I have been working with Biofeedback for over 10 years.

  • Yes. The L.I.F.E. Biofeedback System is a certified medical device used by practitioners worldwide.

    It has been developed to support practitioners in assessing stress-response patterns and delivering therapeutic frequency feedback in a safe, non-invasive way.

  • Yes. Biofeedback sessions can be delivered both in clinic and online. Because the process works with the body’s stress-response patterns rather than physical touch, sessions can be carried out effectively whether you attend in person or remotely.

  • Not exactly.

    Neurofeedback focuses specifically on brainwave patterns. Biofeedback looks more broadly at how the body is responding to stress across multiple systems — including neurological, digestive and hormonal patterns.

    The L.I.F.E Biofeedback system also includes brain and cognitive scans, meaning neurological patterns can be assessed alongside the wider stress response in the body.
