My personal note: Since having kids — and now riding the waves of perimenopause! — this is one supplement I cannot be without. It’s the thing that takes me from snappy / reactive / overstimulated, back to regulated, steady and sane again - phew!

My personal note: When my brain feels foggy or I can’t seem to organise my thoughts (usually when life, kids, hormones, or sleep deprivation all collide), this is the one thing that switches the lights back on for me. It’s like going from scatterbrained chaos → calm, focused clarity in about 20 minutes. I’ve taken these every day since childbirth.

What it does:

This is my absolute non-negotiable every night.
