Using Biofeedback Therapy

Biofeedback reveals what’s driving your emotional symptoms, where your system is under strain, and immediately begins shifting these very patterns for you.

Clients often notice changes during the session itself — physically calmer, clearer, lighter or more settled.

Depending on your symptoms, we might use the following scans:

  • Emotional Scan — anxiety patterns, low mood, grief, apathy and emotional tension

  • Hormone Scan — adrenal stress, cortisol rhythm and hormonal influence on mood

  • Digestive & Nutritional Scan — gut–brain signaling and nutrient absorption

Using a blend of Mind Detox Coaching, NLP techniques and Biofeedback insight, sessions help uncover the beliefs, emotional overload or stored stress influencing how you think, feel and respond.

Rather than endlessly analysing the past, this work focuses on helping the mind and body create safer, calmer patterns moving forward.
