Most programmes begin weekly to help your body settle and find rhythm, then gradually move to every 2–3 weeks as balance returns.

  • Best for: Symptoms that are recent or mild, or reactions that come and go.

    What it supports: Calms inflammation, reduces reactivity, supports hormonal & nervous system settling.

  • Best for: Symptoms that have been ongoing for several months to a few years.

    What it supports: Rebuilds resilience in the hormonal system, gut and liver detox pathways, and emotional steadiness.

  • Best for: Long-term, severe or stress-linked symptoms — including perimenopause/menopause transitions.

    What it supports: Deeper nervous system regulation and endocrine balance for lasting change.
