What is the Mind Detox Method?

This powerful 5-step coaching process helps uncover and resolve the root cause of emotional or behavioural blocks — often held in memory or subconscious belief systems.

You’ll identify

  1. When the issue started (root-cause event)

  2. What happened in that context

  3. Why it became a problem emotionally

  4. Why not a problem now (reframe)

  5. Test that the belief has shifted

You don’t need to relive trauma to resolve it. This method helps you reprocess it safely and intelligently.

What’s Involved in a Session?

Sessions combine the Mind Detox Method with Biofeedback Therapy to support both subconscious and physiological release.

Before your session:

You’ll complete a short health history and energetic data form.

During your session:

You’ll be guided through gentle questioning to access root-cause beliefs

Biofeedback scans identify top emotional stressors (e.g., relationship conflicts, trauma age points, neuro-emotional stress)

You’ll receive electromagnetic frequency feedback (EMFs) during the session to support emotional integration and nervous system recalibration

Session length: 60 minutes

  • Not in detail. Emotional Reset Coaching is designed to work with the subconscious, meaning you don’t need to rehash or relive difficult experiences. The process focuses on gently identifying and shifting the emotional root of a pattern - without getting stuck in the story.

  • Sometimes, repressed emotions surface during or after a session — this is completely normal. These usually pass quickly as your body and mind adjust to the emotional release and integrate new learning.

  • This depends on the nature and depth of what you’re working on. We typically recommend 3–8 weekly sessions for lasting change. More chronic or layered emotional issues may benefit from a longer programme.
