Mind Detox Coaching is a gentle, solution-focused approach designed to help identify and change unhelpful thought patterns, beliefs and emotional responses that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, overwhelm or self-sabotaging behaviours.

Rather than repeatedly talking through problems, the focus is on understanding what may be driving them and creating new, more supportive patterns.

We then use a series of gentle techniques to:

• Release emotional blocks stored in the mind and body
• Create calmer responses to stress and challenge
• Support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience

Mind Calm Meditation

There are no complicated techniques, strict rules or uncomfortable sitting positions. Instead, you'll learn how to become more present, develop greater self-awareness and create a calmer relationship with stress and everyday life.

Through guided practice, you can learn to:

• Feel calmer and more centred throughout the day
