Fruit Salad Bowl

You don’t need cereal for breakfast. This simple classic fruit salad bowl means you can enjoy a cereal free breakfast, that’s rich in nutrients and great to batch up for the week.

Being prepared enables you to avoid caving into those sweet cravings!

Whenever you feel the sugar dip, go reach for a bowl of this instead of a biscuit. Your brain will initially fight you on it, but once you’ve consumed it, chances are you’ll be satisfied.

Fruit Salad Bowl

INGREDIENTS

450g Strawberries

450g pineapple (you can use tinned as it’s quicker)

300g grapes

300g blueberries

4 kiwis (peeled and sliced)

3 oranges (peeled and segmented)

2 mangoes (roughly 270g) you can use frozen for quickness

Orange juice 400ml

METHOD

Wash and dry all the strawberries, grapes, blueberries. Peel the pineapple (if using fresh), oranges, and mangoes. Slice all the fruit into bite-sized pieces and take what you desired and put the rest in a container to enjoy for the week!

FRESH TOPPINGS

Tear up a bunch of mint leaves

Dollop of yogurt - dairy or non dairy whichever suits you best. Serve with my Oat Free Granola
