The Mind Calm Package is a 5 session meditation package designed for you to get Peace with your thoughts, body and life. You will explore the beautiful teachings of Mind Calm meditation as Laura guides and supports you through the modules below.

Biofeedback Session x1 (your initial session)
(Please note: the first session includes Biofeedback lasting up to 1.5 hours, subsequent sessions will be 1 hour meditation teachings. Includes a follow up telephone call 6 weeks after your package is complete to see how you're getting on).

MEDITATION top up
During this session, you can share your meditation journey so far, concerns, difficulties, or the pure joy you are now having learnt Mind Calm. Laura will recap any relevant modules and teachings with you and finish with a beautiful guided meditation.
Please note: session lasts approx 1 hour and doesn't included Biofeedback.
MEDITATION + BIOFEEDBACK
During this session, you can share your meditation journey so far, concerns, difficulties, or the pure joy of where you are now having learnt Mind Calm. Laura will recap any relevant modules and teachings with you and will finish with a beautiful guided meditation.
A Biofeedback scan is also included where you will receive specific EMF’s to help specific symptoms to aid your body and meditation practice further.
Please note: this is primarily a meditation session, but you will experience the Biofeedback frequencies.
