Getting the right balance of Vitamins, Minerals and Amino Acids just right for you can be tricky, esp with a poor diet.
For example, calcium is needed for vitamin C absorption, zinc for vitamin A, magnesium for B complex vitamins and selenium for vitamin E utilisation.
A lack of vital nutrients can be the difference between a thriving body or a sheer slog of a life.
Minerals maintain the physiological processes and act as catalysts for many biological reactions. Aiding messages through the nervous system, digestion, metabolism and utilisation of nutrients in foods.
Minerals help the blood and tissues from becoming too acidic or too alkaline, allowing other nutrients to pass through the bloodstream.
They also draw chemicals in and out of the cells, known as the electrolytes to the body. It is said that the body is run electrically and minerals are the charge of these currents aiding your body’s energy.
There are 9 essential amino acids, 4 non-essential amino acids and 8 conditional (needed in times of stress/illness) amino acids.
Unlike fat and carbs the body doesn’t store amino acids, so they need to be obtained by foods.

There are 13 essential vitamins the body needs for cell function, growth and development.
There are two main groups of vitamins, fat-soluble and water-soluble. The body can store fat-soluble vitamins, but any excess water-soluble vitamins are easily removed from the body via urine.
In times of stress your body looses these at a higher rate depleted.
Vitamin B complex are vital to a healthy nervous system. However they are water-soluble.
They protect you from experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioural issues, poor digestion and fatigue so vital for a healthy body.
how does Biofeedback Work?
Biofeedback therapy includes 7000 element scan and we can scan over 35 different profiles to help us identify where the biggest energy disturbance is within you.
2. FREQUENCY FEEDBACK
During your session, you will receive the electromagnetic frequency on the element that is out of balance. This helps to restore your body's natural source, ie it stimulates its production, or lessens it if it's in excess.
3. REBALANCING YOU
After each 3 mins feedback loop, the machine gives a percentage of how much the body has taken on that substance or not. We are looking for 70% or higher for us to know the body has responded and the shift has occurred.
