Meditation enables you to change your relationship with your-self, but primarily your mind and as a result habits and behaviours also begin to evolve as does your physical body too.
Studies have found meditation actually reduces the brains activity in your primary somatosensory cortex - (an area of the brain that helps create the feeling of where and how intense a painful stimulus is).
